Posted on April 11, 2009 by marc

Ed Frank went to the New Way Forward rally and reports that only a dozen or so people attended the left’s answer to conservatives’ “tea parties” that have turned out tens of thousands of people protesting against Barack Obama’s massive deficit spending plan. FDL’s Jane Hamsher was there as promised, though. Jane Hamsher’s busy keeping that lefty blogger no-one-wants-to-pay-us-for-our-hard-work theme going. News flash – if a customer can get your services for free then they’re going to do that. Unhappy? Try to charge them for your services. If your work is valued then they’ll meet your price. If not, well, you don’t have a sustainable business model, do you? That’s what the AP will find out if they keep going down the road they’re going.

Posted on April 8, 2009 by marc

Michael van der Gailen reports that Denmark’s just-resigned Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen will publicly apologize to the Islamic world because Danish newspapers printed what have become known as the infamous Mohammed cartoons. If true, the reports are the latest in a long string of unfortunate moral failures on the part of European leaders in…
